Suggestions on running events
So, as you all know the server recent just opened up. It is going off to a great start, and is going to soar!
Though, here are suggestions on hosting events;
1. Make sure you set a timer of about 5 minutes for people to gather in and get in the middle.
2.If a person(s) is not in the middle by the time the timer is up, it is necessary to kick them. They had 5 minutes to get the the middle!
3.When introducing an event, please make sure to thoroughly go over the rules. Grammar doesn't have to be 100%, but it should be good. More important make sure you spell everything correctly. Don't use "text-talk" it's unprofessional! You're a GM/Intern someone players respect and look up to!
4.Mute the players, and only unmute for 1 minute before event for questions, and then mute again. They can whisper you.
Now here are some general rules you should look out for when host events;
1 If you're playing T/F make sure that if they're in the middle they're warped out, and make sure that once the timer ends to kill the players so no one can move.
2. For RR make sure no player moves after the timer hits zero, if they do they get kicked. If a player falls off their plat after the timer hits zero they should be warped.

You should not host an event unless there are at least 5+ players. I was on during two different Time-zones, and it seemed there were at least 5 on. When we get more players, 10+ is necessary.
I REALLY WANT TO POINT THIS OUT AGAIN; WHEN YOU ARE HOSTING AN EVENT YOU MUST MAKE SURE TO HAVE EVERYONE IN THE MIDDLE AND YOU MUST MUTE THEM. ALSO YOU MUST KILL THE PLAYERS ONCE ALL OF THEM ARE IN THE MIDDLE!! EVEN IF YOU TRUST THE PLAYER(S) YOU MUST DO THIS. If you don't this is how events become unorganized!!!
