Why do you think you would be a good GM?:
The one thing than comes to mind is my life experience. I have 7 years of cadet experience behind me, both as a follower and also a leader. I've had numerous situations thrown at me over the course of that time and I dare say I've managed them well. This being said, I believe it is one of the best assets I can bring to the table. Otherwise, I have good work etiquette, good organizational skills and I have a natural ability to connect with people.

In what ways could you help the server?:
I can do a lot of graphics work for the website, otherwise on the server itself I'll be useful to make sure everything is and stays in order. I'll test any new additions to the server in case of bugs.

List the steps of what to do with a hacker:
1) Take screenshot and/or video as proof
2) Bann with reason
3) Warn other staff members ASAP
4) Respond to player's appeal if there is one (to make sure the player has a follow-up on what he has done and knows what he was banned for).

What do you do when 2 players are fighting?:
Intervene. I will make sure to get both sides of the story to fully understand (or the best of what I can get). If both sides blame each other and there is no clear responsible for the cause of the argument then I'll ask both players to part ways and avoid further confrontations. I will also make sure to let staff members know so they have a little background if any future altercations were to occure.

What do you do if a staff member is fighting with a player?: Same as before to be honest, I'll try to pull aside the staff member and shake him up a bit, let him know he's staff and he's gotta keep his cool regardless of the situation. Obviously there is a reason for this and if I can get down to the bottom of it then I will.
